Beth Sack is massage therapist and reflexologist based in Knoxville Tennessee. Beth is an Interntional Instructor in Massage Therapy as well as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reflexologist. She teaches locally and internationally. Beth is nationally certified to give continuing education to massage therapsits in the US, she does travel and teach primarily in the Southeast. She has a vested interest in this community and is raising her children here. Her daughter recently graduated from South Doyle and her younger son is a high school junior in Knoxville.
Because of her busy teaching schedule, she only has a limited amount of time to see clients, but it is still one of her favorite parts of her practice.
Beth was originally trained in massage at Tennessee School of Therapeutic Massage here in Knoxville. She has studied with many trainers in massage modalities in her career, including Lori Zeltwinger, Russ Bennett and Jody Wright. Beth is currently working on certifications in Watsu and Pediatric Oncology Massage.
Beth has developed a program specifically designed for clients recovering from a mastectomy and has worked with the local cancer support community to design and study her program. She is currently writing about her experiences with these clients. In addition, Beth works with children with ADHD doing reflexology designed for their specific needs. Beth's own daughter has ADHD and she developed this program as a direct result of work with her daughter and her daughter's healthcare providers.
Beth likes to say that she was a fan of massage before she started her career in massage. She believes that health requires a hands on approach, Beth welcomes you to schedule with her.
